Great waves can be found throughout the year, the summer (November to February) tends to be less consistent, but there are cyclones that can provide epic conditions. The Australian coast has plenty of point breaks, reefs and beach breaks, for all levels, in short, a destination that can satisfy all kinds of surfers!

SPOTS AUSTRALIA EAST COAST

Super Bank

The most famous sandbank across Australia, in the heart of the Gold Coast. Every March is the stop of the WCT World Surf Circuit. A series of world class right points that can link when the condition is perfect, creating a 2 km wave! The Super Bank is made up of spots such as Snapper Rocks, Rainbow Bay, Greenmount, Coolangatta and Kirra.

Byron Bay

Byron Bay counts with various spots, all beach breaks and high quality point breaks, suitable for all levels. We suggest Tallow beach, Shipwreck, The Pass, Wategos, Broken Head. Surfing with dolphins here is normal!

Lennox Head

Mythical right point break, homespot of various Australian pro surfers. Well suited to intermediate and advanced, very long, with tube sections and vertical walls. Sand-blasted rock bottom, the entrance to the water is quite difficult.

Yamba

Yamba is a quiet town with various beach breaks and high quality point breaks for all levels of surf. The most famous point is definitely Angourie Point, a very long mythical right with several sections for all tastes.

Crescent Head

Right point on sand, with some rock, with endless, very easy waves, suitable for all levels. In the area you will find other very fun points, such as Point Plumer.

Seal Rocks

In this area we can find beach breaks and point breaks for all levels, with excellent quality and frequency. You will often share your waves with dolphins!

 

Newcastle

Home spot of surfers like Craig Anderson. Here we find various beach breaks and high quality points such as Dixon Park and Merewether.

Sydney Beaches

Sydney has several beaches, suitable for all levels of surfing, among the most famous, we suggest Manly, Bondi, Bronte, Maroubra, Palm Beach, Avalon and Narrabeen.
