Our surf camp pays close attention to the level of those who participate in the surf camp. In fact, we offer 3 different levels of learning, to improve but also not to affect too much the tiredness of those who, for example, surf for the first time.
The proposed levels are Absolute Beginner (from zero surf to only tried in the past), Advanced Beginner (who already has a minimum of experience or attended other courses), Intermediate Level (for those who want to improve the technique with a careful part to the photo analisy and functional training.
In all levels we give the possibility to use the equipment independently even outside class hours before 6 pm when school closes.
In the basic course we offer 2 hours of lessons per day and for 4 afternoons per week of coreelative activities
In the days of Monday, Tuesday and Thursday Theoretical lessons for the correction of the most common errors also with photo analisy followed by a workout in our gym oriented to physical recovery and preparation for surfing. We will also use the Dry Surf Sistem Balance, a fantastic tool that allows with its instability to train balance and position, as well as improve the dry take off.
On Friday there will be a yoga session for beginners and intermediates, ideal for stretching and muscle recovery.
