Madagascar is considered one of the last frontiers of surfing, still unexplored for most of its coastline, with many surf spots still unknown and not crowded.
1600km in length and 650km in width, it's the largest African island and the 4th largest island in the world. A mountain spine divides the east coast from the driest west and the sub-desert south coast.
Approximately 500 km of coastline with an incredible surf potential, yet to be discovered!
Our resort is located on Tulear beach, on the south-west coast, where a surf scene has just been born in recent years.

To reach Tulear you must take a flight to the Antanararivo Capital, you can fly with Air France, Klm, Ethiopian Emirates and other companies. The morning after the arrival with a domestic flight you reach Tulear Airport. From Tulear we recommend a speed boat to reach Anakao, where we are located.
Arrival in Madagascar: at the airport you have to pass the Health check, where you have to deliver the declaration made by plane, then you pay the tourist visa on the spot (35 €), finally pass the passport control and baggage claim.
Then you will spend a night in Antananarivo, at L'Chato Hotel.
Arrived in Tulear, after breakfast you take the speed boat that in about 2h will take you to Befasy, where it will begin your stay at our surf resort!
