DAY 1 - 12/03/2024

Welcome to Portugal

Upon arrival at the airport in Lisbon, head for Peniche

Peniche is a small town, originally a fishing village, enclosed within the walls of a fortress on a peninsula that was once an islet separated from the mainland.

In this region of Portugal there are surf spots with the highest frequency of swells in all of Europe, even in summer. While there is no doubt that autumn is the time of the big swells, even in summer it is easy to find quality waves that are suitable for all levels, beginners included. Quality waves guaranteed!

Overnight stay in Peniche in a twin room at the Star Inn hotel, breakfast included.

DAY 2 - 13/03/2024

Surf in Peniche

Today's day will be dedicated to surfing: you can go surfing on your own at the best spots near Peniche, such as the world-famous Praia Supertubos, a beach break that hosts a stage of the WCT world surf circuit.
If you wish, you can take 1 or 2 surf lessons on request (see Extras), in the morning and afternoon.

Overnight stay in Peniche in a twin room at the Star Inn hotel, breakfast included.

DAY 3 – 14/03/2024 

Surf in Peniche

Today will be dedicated to surfing in the best spots around Peniche.
If you wish, you can take 1 or 2 surfing lessons on request (see Extras), in the morning and in the afternoon.
Overnight stay in Peniche in a twin room at the Star Inn hotel, breakfast included.

DAY 4 – 15/03/2024

Surfing in Peniche and trip to Nazaré

Wake up early to start the day with a great surf session on your own or request a morning lesson (see Extra Extras), before checking out and travelling to Nazaré, where your incredible adventure with the Nazaré Ocean Experience programme will begin.

17:30-19:30: Apnea lesson in the indoor pool of the Hotel Miramar Sul;

Overnight stay in Nazaré in a twin room at the Hotel Miramar Sul, including breakfast.

DAY 5 – 16/03/2024 

Nazaré Ocean Experience

Meeting for the whole group at 10:00 a.m.

From 10:30 to 11:30
Visit to the Lighthouse/Museum of Nazaré
Explanation of the mechanism of the Nazaré Canyon

12:00: Meeting at the Port of Nazaré Hangar of the Hope Zones Foundation

1st Group (8 pax)

12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Wearing wetsuits + life jackets Experience the Nazaré Canyon by jet ski Return to land
From 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Visit to the port and the beach

2nd Group (7 pax)

From 12 noon to 1 pm
Visit to the port and the beach
1.30 p.m. to 3 p.m.

For the whole group

From 15:00 to 15:30 Sharing experiences Light snack

PROGRAMME NOTES:

Times may be adjusted according to sea conditions.
Activity times may have to be changed for external reasons.
All safety regulations must be followed.
It is recommended to bring shorts or a swimming costume, towel, sun cream and flip-flops. Water equipment (wetsuit and jacket) will be provided.

DAY 6 – 17/03/2024
Van drop-off at Airport and Departure

This fantastic trip has come to an end. Check out in the morning and drop off the minivans at Lisbon Airport
